At MultiLing, the diversity of cultures and languages among our employees is one of our greatest strengths. Our employees make a valuable contribution to the workplace, not only because of their education and expertise, but also because of their multicultural backgrounds and life experiences.

By respecting individuals and their unique contributions, we promote a discrimination-free environment where prejudice disappears and mutual appreciation grows. Embracing cultural awareness and individual differences is a key aspect of our leadership training and ensures a workplace of equal advancement opportunities as well as fair and honest treatment for all personnel and international contractors.

We are committed to meeting the needs of the present generation without compromising the needs of future generations. However, for the last ten years, MultiLing has invested greatly in developing technology to eliminate the need for paper copies. What little paper MultiLing does use is certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative.

MultiLing also has donated to the Perpetual Education Fund every year for the last five years to help low income students in the United States and other countries.
