Building a Better World
At MultiLing, the diversity of cultures and languages among our employees is one of our greatest strengths. Our employees make a valuable contribution to the workplace, not only because of their education and expertise, but also because of their multicultural backgrounds and life experiences.
By respecting individuals and their unique contributions, we promote a discrimination-free environment where prejudice disappears and mutual appreciation grows. Embracing cultural awareness and individual differences is a key aspect of our leadership training and ensures a workplace of equal advancement opportunities as well as fair and honest treatment for all personnel and international contractors.
We strive to make our clients successful by helping them bridge language and cultural barriers with top quality language products. In our client partnerships we seek to practice high ethical standards and are encouraged when our clients recognize these values in our interactions with them.
We are committed to meeting the needs of the present generation without compromising the needs of future generations. As a legal document translation service company, there is traditionally a lot of paper involved in our work. However, for the last ten years, MultiLing has invested greatly in developing technology to eliminate the need for paper copies. What little paper MultiLing does use is certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative.
MultiLing acknowledges the synergistic relationship we have with the communities in which we do business and with the broader world community. We are involved in “giving back” to those communities. MultiLing’s Peru office was invited by three schools to participate in holiday festivities as well as hand out treats and toys to the children. MultiLing also has donated to the Perpetual Education Fund every year for the last five years to help low income students in the United States and other countries.
