MultiLing Announces Plans to Relocate Corporate Office

Language Services Company Expands into New Wells Fargo Bank Building

MARCH 2, 2005 – Provo, UTAH – MultiLing Corporation, a Utah-based translation and language services company, recently announced it had signed a lease to move its corporate office into the new Wells Fargo Bank building in downtown Provo.

MultiLing Corporation provides translation and language services to clients with multi-lingual customers in the global community. MultiLing has experienced significant growth in the past few years with the addition of high-profile clients such as Dell, Procter & Gamble, LSI Logic, QLogic, and GE Healthcare. This growth required the expansion into a new facility that could provide more immediate office space and sustain further growth.

“This is very exciting for us,” said MultiLing President, Michael Sneddon. “The combination of our highly-skilled translation teams and our efficient processes have allowed us to grow much faster than we expected. We have grown over thirty percent in each of the last five years. This move into the new office will increase our efficiency and enable us to better serve our clients.”

The move into the new facility allows MultiLing to design and build the office from scratch for increased productivity in operations and process optimization. The new office will feature a state of the art conference room with worldwide teleconferencing for communication with global translation teams, clients, and vendors. The office space represents a significant increase from current facilities with the option for future expansion, which will make MultiLing the largest tenant in the building other than the anchor tenant, Wells Fargo Bank.

The Wells Fargo Center is located on the Southeast corner of 100 North and University Avenue in downtown Provo. The project consists of the construction of a seven-story, over 100,000 square foot class "A" mixed-use building and an attached 170,000 square foot parking structure. The ground floor will target financial and retail, with the next three floors occupied by professional offices, and the top three floors will be residential condominiums. The new 500-car parking structure is immediately east of the building.
